Delete Your Account & Data

Grilling is operated by Grilling Games Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17289505). You can delete your Grilling account and the data linked to it at any time — either directly in the app or by contacting us.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Grilling app.
2. From the home screen, open the About screen.
3. Tap "Delete account & data" and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your anonymous account identifier and the data linked to it are removed from our servers, and the app signs you out. If you use the app again, a fresh anonymous account is created.

No longer have the app?

Email support@grillinggames.com and we will respond within 30 days. One thing to know: Grilling accounts are anonymous — we never collect your name, email address, or phone number — so in many cases we have no way of telling which account is yours, and an account we cannot match to you contains nothing that identifies you. Where we can verify an account is yours, we will delete it.

In practice, almost everything expires on its own regardless: in-game content is deleted around 2 days after a game ends, drawings within 7 days, and server logs within 3 months (see below). The fastest and most reliable way to delete your account is from inside the app, even if that means reinstalling it briefly.

What is deleted, and what expires on its own

• Deleted immediately: your anonymous account identifier and account records, including your display name and Remove Ads entitlement record.
• Expires automatically anyway: in-game content (answers, votes, custom questions) is deleted around 2 days after a game ends, and drawings within 7 days — whether or not you delete your account.
• Ages out: technical server logs referencing your account identifier are retained for up to 3 months for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

Purchases

Payment records are held by Apple or Google, not by us — deleting your Grilling account does not delete your App Store / Google Play purchase history. If you bought Remove Ads and later reinstall the app, you can use "Restore purchase" to regain it at no charge.
